HR Data & Reward Specialist Wat? Je bouwt een sterke basis voor HR-data en rapportering zodat het HR-team gefundeerde beslissingen kan nemen. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor vragen over cijfers, analyses en verloning binnen HR. Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van een toekomstgericht verloningsbeleid dat de organisatie aantrekkelijk houdt als werkgever. Je neemt de leiding in projecten die de efficiëntie van HR-processen verhogen en ondersteunt digitaliseringsinitiatieven zoals nieuwe HR-tools. Je volgt evoluties in HR-analytics en reward nauw op en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen. Voor jou Je krijgt een sleutelrol in het uitbouwen van een modern, data-gedreven HR-beleid, waardoor je directe impact hebt op beslissingen en processen. Je werkt met actuele tools en systemen (zoals digitale HR-platformen), wat je expertise en toekomstwaarde op de arbeidsmarkt sterk verhoogt. Je bouwt ervaring op in projecten rond HR-digitalisering en reward, wat je profiel strategisch versterkt. Je komt in een omgeving waar initiatief en nieuwe ideeën worden gewaardeerd, waardoor je echt kan meebouwen aan verandering.
