ResponsibilitiesOwn and follow up on the delivery of features in line with the product roadmap and business objectivesAct as the main point of contact for assigned features, handling questions and stakeholder feedbackTranslate business needs into clear and structured business requirements for IT and Operations teamsOrganize and lead meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholdersCollaborate closely with Product Owners and IT squads throughout analysis, design, and delivery phasesSupport initiatives from requirements analysis through go-live, including ad-hoc delivery supportChallenge assumptions and ensure optimal end-to-end solutions across tribes and métiersSkillsFunctional & Business SkillsStrong business analysis experience (minimum 3 years)Good understanding of workflow and end-to-end business processesKnowledge of SEPA, Instant Payments, or payment processing (preferred)Technical SkillsExperience with conceptual modeling techniques and methodsGood understanding of information systems and testing processesStrong proficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred)Communication & Soft SkillsStrong written and verbal communication in French and EnglishAnalytical and conceptual thinkingStructured and detail-oriented approachStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and persuasion skillsAbility to work independently and take ownershipProblem-solving and a goal-oriented mindsetAdaptable and open to change
