Job Description:
Context:
We're looking for a Functional Analyst to play a critical role in shaping, designing, and delivering solutions that meet business needs while collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless transition. Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document requirements, capturing AS-IS and TO-BE business processes (e.g., process flows, mappings).
- Translate business and functional requirements into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver an end-to-end target solution.
- Ensure smooth integration with existing platforms by considering interfaces and dependencies.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test scenarios to validate solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Support migration efforts by validating and defining source-to-target mapping requirements.
- Collaborate with change management teams to develop and provide input for training materials.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and team ceremonies to align project goals and deliverables.
- 2-4 years of experience in functional analysis, preferably in Salesforce and/or SAP.
- Industry experience in Utilities is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and contributes actively.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for seeing projects through to successful completion.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
- Mothertongue is either French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English.
