Vacature: Product Owner Data - Innovatie en Strategie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Product Owner Data die de regie neemt over de ontwikkeling en het beheer van data-oplossingen binnen een vooruitstrevend dataplatform. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren van de visie, strategie en roadmap van dataproducten, waarbij je zorgt dat deze voldoen aan de behoeften van zowel interne als externe stakeholders.

Je werkt nauw samen met data engineers, analisten, data scientists en andere teams om ervoor te zorgen dat onze data-oplossingen betrouwbaar, toegankelijk, veilig en waardevol zijn voor de organisatie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Visie en Strategie
  • Je ontwikkelt en communiceert de visie voor dataproducten binnen je domein, met als doel waardevolle inzichten te leveren die bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelen.
  • Je zorgt voor de afstemming van de strategie van dataproducten met de bredere bedrijfsstrategie en bepaalt prioriteiten op basis van impact en haalbaarheid.
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Je bent de primaire contactpersoon voor verschillende business-afdelingen zoals marketing, supply chain, financiën en e-commerce.
    • Je vertaalt de wensen van stakeholders naar concrete productfeatures en technische specificaties.
      • Samenwerking en Innovatie
      • Je werkt samen met andere teams om de interoperabiliteit en het gebruiksgemak van onze data-oplossingen te bevorderen.
      • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dataoplossingen voldoen aan de principes van ons dataplatform en een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de digitale transformatie van de organisatie.
        • Productontwikkeling en Oplevering
        • Samen met data engineers ontwerp en ontwikkel je schaalbare, gebruiksvriendelijke data-oplossingen zoals datasets, API's, dashboards en rapporten.
        • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de projecten en zorgt voor het naleven van kwaliteitsnormen en het behalen van de gestelde doelen.
          • Compliance en Governance
          • Je waarborgt dat alle data-oplossingen voldoen aan de vereiste regelgeving op het gebied van data privacy en governance.
          • Je zorgt ervoor dat het gebruik van data ethisch is en in lijn met de wettelijke vereisten.
            • Continue Verbetering
            • Je haalt feedback op van stakeholders en gebruikt deze om de functionaliteit en bruikbaarheid van de producten te verbeteren.
            • Je volgt de laatste trends in data en analytics en past deze kennis toe om de producten te blijven verbeteren.

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding: Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (zoals Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatica of een vergelijkbare richting).
  • Ervaring:
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Product Owner, Product Manager of Data Manager, bij voorkeur in een gedistribueerd data-omgeving.
  • Sterk inzicht in data management, data governance, metadata, datakwaliteit en data lineage.
  • Ervaring met moderne data tools en platforms zoals Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Bekendheid met data mesh en gedecentraliseerde datarichtlijnen.
  • Ervaring met het gebruik van BI-tools (zoals Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI) en SQL.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels en/of Frans.

  • Klantenfocus: Je bent gepassioneerd over het leveren van waardevolle oplossingen die gebruikers en stakeholders ten goede komen.
  • Positiviteit: Je ziet kansen in elke uitdaging en pakt deze proactief aan.
