We are looking for an Senior Business Analyst to join our client and contribute to large-scale, complex IT projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient communication, high-quality analysis, and successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Participate in technical meetings and facilitate clear information flow.Analyse, interpret, and draft complex documents with precision.Apply and uphold high-quality standards across deliverables.Follow internal procedures, methodologies, and organisational standards.Work autonomously with a strong self-starting attitude.Solve problems through structured analysis and critical thinking.Collaborate efficiently within a team, fostering strong teamwork and cooperation.Organise and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Required Experience & ExpertiseThe ideal candidate brings at least 12 years of relevant experience, including:Strong background in Agile methodologies.Proven use of analysis and modelling tools/techniques, such as:Use case diagramsState diagramsEntity-relationship modelsInteraction diagramsSolid understanding of information systems and enterprise-level business processes.Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent modelling standards.Experience working with Wiki platforms and collaborative documentation tools.A track record of collaborating with stakeholders, business representatives, and cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience delivering large and complex IT projects.Knowledge or experience with semantic interoperability is a strong asset.
