Our client is a dynamic mid‑size insurance company which fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment. As Head of Compliance you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the compliance program, ensuring that operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Direct Reporting line to CRO Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and risk management processes Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and industry best practices Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 7 years of experience in a compliance role within the insurance industry (certification is preferred) In‑depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a flat organizational structure Fluency in Dutch and French Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and inclusive work environment The chance to make a significant impact within a forward‑thinking company If you are interested in this position, please send your application to Xavier Jacquet.
