Wat ga je bij ons doen?- Je voert het communicatieplan voor de klant uit op het vlak van public relations, digitale communicatie en eventmarketing.
- Je ontwikkelt en publiceert digitale content op zowel sociale mediakanalen (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn e.a.) als op de websites van onze klanten.
- Je monitort de online en klassieke media voor onze klanten.
- Je schrijft persberichten, pitcht interviews bij journalisten, en bouwt contacten met pers en influencers uit.
- Je organiseert pers- en marketingevents van conceptontwikkeling, over planning, on-site aanwezigheid en rapportering.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de opvolging van de overlegmomenten met en rapportering aan de klant.
- Je stemt dagelijks af met interne medewerkers, leveranciers en klanten.
- Je bewaart het overzicht over jouw projecten en taken en koppelt terug naar je teamverantwoordelijke.
- Een vlotte pen met journalistieke vaardigheden.
- Een sterk organisatorisch talent.
- Communicatievaardig op verschillende fronten: one-to-one (mail, telefoon, face-to-face) en one-to-many (tijdens vergaderingen).
- Een groot probleemoplossend vermogen: zowel vroeg detecteren van problemen, als het bedenken van oplossingen.
- Snelheid en nauwkeurigheid gaan bij jou samen.
- Een zelfstandige werker, die goed aanvoelt wanneer overleg nodig is met de leidinggevende en met collega’s.
- Een up-to-date kennis van advertentieplatformen, zoals Meta Business Suite en andere.
- Een universitaire opleiding, of gelijkgesteld door ervaring, stages of zelfstudie.
- Meertalig: perfect Nederlands, zeer goed Engels en Frans is een pluspunt.
- Goede kennis van Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ervaring met verschillende sociale media en digitale marketing.
