Doorheen de dag geef je ondersteuning aan dokters en interne gebruikers. Je dag bestaat uit in de ochtend het bekijken van jouw mailbox en beantwoorden van telefoons, dit voornamelijk in het Nederlands maar af en toe ook in het Frans. Op basis hiervan start je jouw acties doorheen de dag.

Specifieke taken:

  1. Installeren en configureren van hardware/software, o.a. medische applicaties, EMD, Lab Online.
  2. Training geven aan interne en externe gebruikers over het gebruik van de applicaties.
  3. Verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren op basis van feedback van gebruikers.
  4. Documentatie van onze ICT-infrastructuur opstellen en onderhouden.
  5. Hardware- of softwareproblemen vanop afstand diagnosticeren, een interventie uitvoeren vanop afstand of ter plaatse.
  6. Monitoren en onderhouden van infrastructuur/software.
  7. Inventariseren van hardware en software in de ITSM tool.

Ervaring: 1-3 jaar

Taken:

  1. Behandelen van inkomende oproepen.
  2. Advies verlenen.
  3. Technisch advies verlenen / helpdesk.
  4. Beheer van sociale documenten.

Jouw aanbod:

Wie ben jij?

  1. Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma in een software-georiënteerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (industrieel ingenieur ICT, informatica).
  2. Iemand die communicatief en klantvriendelijk is.
  3. Je kan vlot overweg met: endpoint, network, e-mail, security, Windows, configuration & deployment (DNS,DHCP,DFS,...), labosoftware o.a. EMD.
  4. Je bent bereid om te leren werken met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.

Opleiding: Algemeen secundair onderwijs, Professionele bachelor
