"Mesurer, c'est savoir". Cette déclaration s'applique également à la STIB. La gestion des données et des applications analytiques est donc au cœur de notre organisation depuis de nombreuses années. C'est désormais l'un des domaines cruciaux dans lequel la STIB souhaite exceller, afin d'accompagner de manière optimale nos opérations et nos prises de décision.
En tant que Head of Data & Analytics, vous jouez un rôle clé au sein de la STIB et dans le bon fonctionnement de l'organisation. Votre principal défi est de développer une stratégie, une gouvernance et divers projets autour des plateformes et services du domaine Data & Analytics.
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
- Développer une stratégie Data & Analytics (coordonnée avec le Data Board) qui accompagne durablement les principaux enjeux de la STIB.
- Fournir un « data capabilities framework » transversal (Data Governance, Data Architecture & Infrastructure, Data Analytics & Insights, Data Value Management, etc.) sur l'ensemble de la STIB et coordonner cela avec les différents services impliqués.
- Fournir un support durable au sein du domaine et s'assurer que la STIB est à jour dans ses pratiques Data & Analytics.
- Développer les outils, processus, technologies et partenariats nécessaires au sein du domaine et accompagner le CIO dans la détermination des priorités pertinentes.
- Être la figure clé dans le domaine de la fiabilité, de la pérennité et de l'amélioration continue des pratiques entourant le Data & Analytics.
- Gérer une équipe et être responsable de la gestion quotidienne sur le plan organisationnel, humain et technologique.
- Représenter le sujet à tous les niveaux de la STIB, notamment aux différents Boards, au Comité de Direction Informatique et à la Direction Générale.
- Être la voix de la STIB auprès du monde extérieur en matière de gestion et de partage des données.
Profil candidat
- Formation de niveau Master ou équivalence par une expérience pertinente dans le domaine.
- Expérience mature et réussie dans le domaine du Data & Analytics.
- Expérience en gestion d'équipes et en gestion stratégique.
- Connaissances techniques combinées avec un leadership clair.
- Capacité à développer une vision et un plan d'action dans le domaine.
- Capacité d'évoluer avec succès au sein d'une organisation vaste et complexe.
- Bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale ainsi qu'une certaine connaissance de l'anglais.
