With a strong focus on long-term collaboration and continuous improvement, they support their clients with deep product expertise and a hands-on approach close to production. If you're a commercially driven relationship builder with a genuine passion for food and production, this could be your next step. Your mission Grow and expand strategic key accounts in the food industry Build long-term partnerships based on trust, quality and performance Spot opportunities, open doors and win new business in a changing market What you'll do Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationships Proactively prospect new customers, segments and markets to generate additional volume Analyze customer needs and translate them into proposals, together with Production and R&D Follow up on quotations, contracts, pricing and margins Track market trends, competition and price developments in the food sector Contribute to commercial strategy, product innovation and continuous improvement Collaborate internally (production, supply chain, quality) to ensure smooth service and delivery Who you are Bachelor's or Master's degree (commercial and/or food-related), or equivalent experience Max. 3 - 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food and/or a technical production environment Strong interest in food, products and production processes Commercially sharp and customer-oriented, combining targets with long-term relationship building Hands-on and solution-minded, comfortable working closely with colleagues on the production floor Positive team player: reliable, engaged and communicative Adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for improvement A "hunter" mindset: energized by growth, new opportunities and winning business Preferably based in East or West Flanders to stay close to customers and avoid unnecessary travel Interested?
