A customer success manager (CSM) is a professional who helps customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of a product or service. A CSM is responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and providing proactive support and guidance.

You will provide a bridge between the technical teams and the Cegeka end-users.

  1. You will explain, demonstrate, and sell services to internal Cegeka customers.
  2. You will be the point of contact for the customers that consume the provided services and products and focus on building long-term relationships.
  3. You will assist with the presales for the sale of services and products for internal customers.
  4. You will take on tasks connected to the role of enterprise change manager for internal projects, including setting up communication plans and executing these plans for specific projects or playing an active role in user adoption projects.
  5. You will be part of the customer success team.

Skills:

  1. Showing initiative and being proactive are key in this role.
  2. You have a positive can-do mindset and are not afraid to venture into unexplored territory.
  3. Experience in dealing with stakeholders for projects is essential.
  4. You have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills: taking and keeping ownership until the matter is resolved is essential.
  5. You fluently speak and can write in English. Speaking Dutch is an asset.
  6. You can work both in a team and independently.
  7. With your knowledge, social skills, and flexibility, you can gain the trust of customers and build long-term relationships.
  8. Knowledge of ITIL processes is an asset.
  9. Knowledge of graphical design (e.g., PowerPoint, training material) is an asset.
