Als HR Project Manager ben je de verbindende kracht tussen de verschillende projectmedewerkers en stakeholders. Jij leidt HR-projecten in goede banen en faciliteert van ontwerp tot implementatie.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ? Als HR Project Manager heb je een ruim en uitdagend takenpakket.
Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je volgt de vooruitgang van projecten op. Je rapporteert over aandachtspunten en zoekt naar oplossingen voor issues. Je ziet erop toe dat het project binnen de functionele, technische, budgettaire en reglementaire krijtlijnen blijft.
- Je werkt nauw samen met subject matter experts en IT. Samen werken jullie aan een succesvolle implementatie.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project ondersteund wordt door een grondige process review. Je schat de impact van veranderingen op reeds bestaande processen, toepassingen, data en reporting correct in. Hiervoor werk je intens samen met de andere profielen binnen het HR PMO (process, business, data en reporting analysten). Je wilt uiteraard dat jouw projecten vlot ingang vinden binnen NMBS. Om de verandering te ondersteunen, stel je opleidings- en communicatiemateriaal op.
- Door je dagelijkse contacten doorheen heel NMBS bouw je een stevig netwerk op en word je ambassadeur van een modern HR-beleid.
We behandelen een brede waaier van projecten, van hard HR tot soft HR. Enkele voorbeelden van projecten waarrond wij werken :
- Opzetten van een learning platform.
- Uitrollen van nieuwe processen en tools voor performance management.
- Ontwikkelen van een chatbot.
- Implementeren van een nieuw planning tool.
- Creëren van een nieuwe jobsite.
- Migratie van onze SAP-oplossingen naar de cloud.
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in HR) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
En je beschikt over volgende competenties:
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in project management (bij voorkeur in het domein van HR).
- Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld.
- Je bent een leergierige teamplayer.
- Je werkt zelfstandig toe naar het gewenste resultaat en houdt rekening met vooropgestelde deadlines.
- Je communiceert vlot. Je kan je ook in het Frans en het Engels uitdrukken.
Het is een pluspunt als je kennis hebt van SAP HR en/of SuccessFactors.
