About the company and role:Location: BeneluxRole Onsite, PermanentJoin a leading European space and technology group that develops, builds, and operates advanced space systems. As a Project Manager, you'll work with systems & electronics teams to oversee the development, implementation, and approval of next-generation satellite subsystems use cases might extend across communications, ADCS & avionics.The role includes:Lead the development of secure satellite communication units, managing projects to meet strict budget, timeline, and quality requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.Prepare project proposals and manage the project team.Identify, assess, and manage project risks.Plan project activities, including resource allocation, costs, and schedules.Handle negotiations for technical and contractual changes.Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress.Your qualifications:3+ years space industry experience5 + years experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, electronics or electro-mechanical systemsA solid technical background in the development and verification of electronic hardware and software, especially for aerospace applications.Familiarity with the ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) standards.Excellent communication skills in English.For a full consultation please apply with an up to date CV and contact details in order for an experienced member of the team to be in contact.
