Responsibilities Adviseer en ondersteun interne klanten en draag bij aan het partnerschap met senior management binnen het juridische HR-domein. Identificeer en analyseer dossiers en kwesties, inclusief arbeidsconflicten. Leid HR-geschillen op strategisch niveau, beoordeel haalbaarheid van oplossingen en formuleer onderbouwde aanbevelingen. Pas arbeidswet- en -reglementvorming toe op dossiers en strategische HR-projecten, en geef tijdig en praktisch advies. Evalueer HR-problemen, klachten en situaties in relatie tot toepasselijke wetgeving, rekening houdend met behoeften en risicobeheer. Voer gespecialiseerd juridisch HR-onderzoek uit voor complexe vraagstukken met aanzienlijke impact op bpost. Neem rol van businesspartner, onderzoek en stel oplossingen voor die rekening houden met HR-omgeving, operationele en zakelijke beperkingen. Onderhoud juridische documentatie en communiceer proactief HR-juridische updates naar collega’s. Beheer selectie en kosten van externe adviseurs en organiseer overleg met externe partijen. Qualifications Reële interesse in arbeidsrecht. Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als advocaat of juridisch adviseur bij middelgroot of groot bedrijf, bij voorkeur in compliance, gecombineerd met een masterdiploma in rechten. Beschikt over sterk analytisch, probleemoplossend en operationeel inzicht. Hoogwaardige ethische normen en toewijding aan legaliteit. Uitstekende organisatie- en nauwkeurigheid. Vermogen om onder druk te werken met oog voor detail en strikte deadlines. Sterke beïnvloedings- en netwerkvaardigheden, inclusieve instelling en flexibiliteit. Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans en redelijke beheersing van Engels. Benefits Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag.
