The group employs lawyers worldwide, with whom you will be in frequent contact.This job offers a great deal of variety: you will mainly be working on contracts and all matters involving commercial law for the region in question. You will come into contact with customers and suppliers from the private and public sectors and with reputed international organisations including multinationals.Profile Dynamic Master at Law. Experience in an international context is a plus.You are a good communicator and know how to tailor your message to the target audience, including high-level clients, suppliers, legal counsels worldwide, HQ, C-level, all departments (colleagues without a legal background, etc.).You adopt a hands-on and proactive approach, you work autonomously and identify solutions; you are able to assess risks and inform the business in a transparent manner.You have experience with international contracts (review, participation in negotiations, editing, internal and external consultations, etc.). Experience in commercial law in the broadest sense, including the financing of equipment, is a plus.You are eager to learn and feel comfortable in a job with a broad scope and a great deal of variation.Language skills: ideally you are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
