Job Description Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements. Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks. Providing legal advice on commercial transactions and compliance matters. Collaborating with internal teams to implement compliance policies and procedures. Managing and mitigating legal risks across various business operations. Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization. Supporting the resolution of legal disputes and claims. Delivering training and guidance on compliance-related topics to internal stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A degree in Law, with a focus on commercial or compliance law being an advantage. Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating legal documents. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders. An ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
