Plongez dans l’histoire riche de la Brasserie Omer Vander Ghinste, une brasserie familiale qui occupe une place de choix sur le marché belge de la bière depuis 1892. Alliant un savoir-faire traditionnel à des installations de brassage ultramodernes, nous faisons vivre l’art du brassage avec passion.
Pour développer davantage notre centre de visiteurs et coordonner les visites de notre brasserie, nous recherchons un(e):
Description de posteDans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de la conception de notre expérience visiteurs et du développement de notre offre B2B. Grâce à votre vaste expérience et vos compétences managériales éprouvées, vous porterez notre centre de visiteurs à un niveau supérieur.
Vos responsabilités :
- Planification stratégique et gestion opérationnelle : Vous optimisez et gérez la planification des guides, en veillant à offrir une expérience cohérente et de qualité à chaque visiteur.
- Développement de nouveaux marchés : Vous identifiez les opportunités de croissance et travaillez activement pour attirer de nouveaux visiteurs, notamment sur le marché français.
- Développement B2B : Vous avez une expérience dans les relations professionnelles et savez organiser des visites d’entreprise et des événements, allant des sorties d’entreprise à des cadeaux d’affaires haut de gamme.
- Gestion d’événements : Vous initiez et dirigez des événements de manière proactive pour renforcer la visibilité et l’attractivité de notre centre de visiteurs.
- Communication & stratégie : En collaboration avec notre équipe marketing, vous élaborez des plans stratégiques pour des campagnes promotionnelles, tant en ligne qu’hors ligne.
- Responsabilité financière : Vous suivez de près la facturation et les paiements.
- Expérience et expertise : Au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente à un poste senior ou de gestion dans le secteur du tourisme ou de l’hospitalité.
- Formation : Diplôme de bachelier en tourisme, marketing ou dans une filière commerciale, ou équivalent grâce à une expérience significative dans la gestion hôtelière.
- Compétences communicationnelles et commerciales : Vous excellez dans la création de relations et êtes capable de repérer des opportunités commerciales.
- Talent organisationnel : Structuré(e), orienté(e) vers les résultats et capable de travailler aussi bien en autonomie qu’en équipe.
- Maîtrise linguistique : Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, l’anglais et le français.
- Flexibilité et disponibilité : Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler le week-end.
- Intérêt pour l’hospitalité et la culture brassicole : Une passion pour la bière ou la volonté de vous plonger dans la tradition brassicole belge.
