Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Junior HR-Officer met een focus op administratieve HR-taken.
Jobinhoud:
- 80% Personeelsadministratie: Uitvoering van allround personeelsadministratie, 2 dagen per week vanuit het kantoor in Brussel (Tour & Taxis) en 2 dagen per week vanuit het kantoor in Ninove.
- 20% Projectondersteuning: Taken omvatten projectondersteuning, rapportages over verloop, aanwervingen, langdurige ziektes en de bijbehorende kosten, opvolging van arbeidsongevallen en ondersteuning bij de implementatie van tools.
Je werkt in een team van 5 personen, waaronder een HRBP Payroll, HRBP Soft-HR, HR-consultant, Recruiter en HR-medewerker. Het team bestaat uit een mix van Nederlands- en Franstalige medewerkers. Er heerst een amicale sfeer waarin hard wordt gewerkt.
Profiel:
- Een bachelor in een HR-gerelateerd vakgebied is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- Ervaring binnen HR of administratie, met basiskennis van sociale wetgeving.
- Je haalt voldoening uit administratieve taken en werkt nauwkeurig en gedetailleerd.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en zelfstandig te werken, met de ambitie om een inhouse expert te worden.
- Je hebt interesse in HR-digitalisering.
Aanbod:
Onmiddellijk vast contract Voltijds maar ook deeltijds is mogelijk.

Verlof vrij op te nemen, 20 vakantiedagen + 5 ADV dagen;
Flexibele werkuren: Stamtijden 10-12 en 14-16u, maar alles is bespreekbaar.
1 dag telewerk
Je krijgt opleiding van een ervaren HR-team.
Selectieprocedure:
2-3 gesprekken met online persoonlijkheidstest. Beslissing wordt genomen met beide HRBP's en HR-consultant. Eindbeslissing ligt bij HRBP Payroll. Geen assessments
