Middle Office Junior Officer is in charge and responsible for the daily processing of the provider invoices. He or she is also in charge of the follow-up of the non-reconciliation invoices and reminders of the providers. He or she will support the daily activities related to reporting of the business.

  • Critical activity to ensure the continuity of the providers.
  • Ensure and secure processes.
  • Ensure process documentation.
  • Sense of responsibility and irreproachable professionalism.
  • Monitoring of outsourced bookings and encodings in India.
  • Organizational rigority.
Key Responsibilities
  • You prepare and process the invoices for expenses for claims occurring worldwide.
  • You validate the electronic invoices.
  • You book the invoices in our internal systems (CTO Guidewire, PS and others).
  • You validate the payment of the invoices within your limits of approval.
  • You ensure the reconciliation for the providers.
  • You ensure system/accounting alignment.
  • You work closely and interact with your internal colleagues such as the Middle Office Administrator and Middle Office Specialist.
Your ProfileSkills And Experience
  • Graduated High school.
  • Multi-lingual French/Dutch/English.
  • Ms-Office skills with specifically Excel and Access.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Process skills.
  • People skills/Team player.
  • Autonomy and flexibility.
  • Open to work in an international environment.
