Jobomschrijving Onze klant zoekt een Production Planning & Supply Chain Lead die volledig thuis is in productieplanning, sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten heeft en ervaring meebrengt in operationele processen binnen een KMO-context. In deze rol geeft de Lead sturing aan het plannings- en ondersteunend team en is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en optimaliseren van alle productie- en supply chain-processen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Leidinggeven aan het plannings- en ondersteunend team, bestaande uit een master data specialist en een productieplanner. Opstellen, beheren en bijsturen van productie- en leveringsplanningen. Optimaliseren van voorraden, magazijnprocessen en leveranciersketens van grondstoffen tot eindproduct. Rapporteren van KPI's zoals servicegraad, efficiëntie en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen en operationele optimalisaties. Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle plannings- en supply chain-gerelateerde vraagstukken. Profiel Aantoonbare ervaring in productieplanning en operationeel management in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een KMO. Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten, teamgericht en in staat medewerkers te coachen en motiveren. Hands-on mentaliteit, pragmatisch en flexibel, gericht op operationele efficiëntie. Analytisch sterk, kan processen overzien en verbeteren. NL / FR Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office; kennis van rapportagetools is een pluspunt.
