In order to further strengthen the ELS team in the Business Units Cinema and Immersive Xperience, we are currently looking for an R&D Support/Engineering Logistic Support (ELS) Responsible. As an ELS responsible, you provide support to the development teams in R&D. You execute engineering logistics activities including planning, purchase and prototype production activities and give support during the product life cycle of the products.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide necessary logistics support to R&D teams to meet development project goals in time and within budgeted costs
- Follow up of new component creation, execute correct master data parameters in SAP
- Eensure that Engineering materials and Engineering bills of materials are created and managed correctly during product life cycle
- Ensure that necessary components are planned and purchased to enable prototype / small series production required for R&D projects
- Execute and follow up of engineering changes in SAP with respect to the process of configuration management
- Ensure that relevant and correct data is available for vendors of prototypes / small series production. Also follow up on purchase order processing and actions towards subcontractors / vendors for this activity
- Chairman of Logistic Project Meetings
- Follow-up of new project, from a logistics perspective, until product release for manufacturing

**Qualifications**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a (semi) technical area
- You have strong administrative skills
- You have excellent organizational skills that allow you to keep an overview but without loosing an eye for detail
- You are an enthusiastic team player who has a “can do” and proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- You are fluent in English (both written and oral)
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and are willing to learn new software tools
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
