Global Logistics Operations Local Key UserGlobal Scope SAP & EDI RequiredA global organization is seeking a motivated Global Logistics Operations Local Key User (GLO LKU) to join a dynamic team supporting end‑to‑end logistics processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, systems, and continuous improvement, and who wants to grow their expertise in a fast‑moving supply chain environment.About the RoleYou will be part of a small, collaborative team responsible for ensuring smooth logistics execution across global operations. Acting as a key SAP expert, you will support daily activities, troubleshoot system issues, manage 3PL EDI flows, and contribute to process harmonization and improvement initiatives. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and system reliability.What You’ll DoSupport daily logistics operations and resolve SAP/EDI issues.Serve as the first‑line expert for SAP logistics processes and master data governance.Manage and optimize EDI interfaces with 3PL partners.Lead or support continuous improvement and process harmonization projects.Provide end‑user coaching, training, and system guidance.Represent logistics operations in cross‑functional supply chain projects.Assist with urgent order and shipment execution when needed.What You BringStrong SAP knowledge (mandatory).Experience with EDI/interfaces in a logistics or supply chain environment.2–3 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex processes.Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.Ability to work independently after onboarding.Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.Fluency in English; French is an advantage.Why This Role Stands OutGlobal exposure with real operational impact.A small, supportive team where your expertise is valued.Opportunities to grow your SAP and process‑improvement skills.A mix of hands‑on operational support and strategic project involvement.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
