Innovation & Venture Ecosystem Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Startup Program Advisor to design and help establish a comprehensive startup support ecosystem under the EU Chips Design Platform. This role is central to building the next generation of semiconductor and deep-tech ventures in Europe.You will play a strategic role in shaping, structuring, and advising on startup programs such as incubators, accelerators, and venture studios, while connecting founders with world-class mentors and investors.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and set up an end-to-end startup program, including incubator, accelerator, and venture studio structuresDefine program models, selection criteria, governance, and best practices aligned with EU innovation objectivesBuild and activate a strong mentor network of external industry experts, entrepreneurs, and technology leadersDevelop and maintain a venture capital and investor network, engaging with VCs, corporate investors, and public funding stakeholdersProvide strategic guidance on venture development, scaling, and investment readinessAct as a trusted advisor to the team and ecosystem partnersProfile3+ years of experience in venture development, venture studios, accelerators, or startup programsProven track record in building and scaling startup or innovation ecosystemsStrong and active network within the venture capital ecosystemExperience in deep tech, semiconductors, or hardware-driven innovation is a strong assetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat We OfferA unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact European initiative shaping the technology and innovation landscape of tomorrowA flexible, part-time advisory assignment with strategic influenceAssignment for 1 year; Desired Start Date: Feb 2026; Work Regime: Part-time (approximately 10 hours per week)
