Overzicht

Je wordt lid van een team van experts in annotatie om trainingsdata te creëren voor 's werelds meest geavanceerde AI-modellen. Eerdere ervaring met AI is niet vereist. Dit is een unieke kans om ervaring op te doen bij een van de meest prominente spelers in de AI/LLM-sector van vandaag.

We zoeken software engineers met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring om grote AI-taalmodellen te trainen en geavanceerde generatieve AI-modellen te helpen bij het schrijven van betere code. De projecten omvatten doorgaans discrete, zeer gevarieerde uitdagingen waarbij je met deze modellen werkt terwijl ze leren programmeren. Momenteel hebben we meer dan 200 rollen beschikbaar

Wat Ga Ik Doen?

  • Beoordelen van de kwaliteit van door AI gegenereerde code, inclusief het schrijven van begrijpelijke samenvattingen van je beoordelingen.

  • Oplossen van programmeerproblemen en schrijven van functionele en efficiënte code.

  • Ontwikkelen van robuuste testcases om de effectiviteit en efficiëntie van code te verifiëren.

Salaris

  • België: $22,58/uur

  • Voor andere landen, zie deze lijst.

Verwachte beschikbaarheid is minimaal 15 uur per week, maar er is geen bovengrens. Je kunt zoveel werken als je wilt. Je wordt wekelijks uitbetaald op basis van de gewerkte uren op het platform.

Contractduur

Dit is een langdurig contract zonder einddatum. We verwachten werk te hebben voor de komende 2 jaar. Je kunt het contract op elk moment beëindigen.

Flexibele Werkuren

Ontwikkelaars kunnen hun eigen werktijden bepalen. Ideale kandidaten willen graag 40 uur per week werken, maar er wordt ook flexibiliteit verwacht om in te spelen op de urgentie van projecten.

Sollicitatieproces

  1. Solliciteer via het Ashby-formulier.

  2. Als je geschikt lijkt, sturen we je een asynchrone RLHF-code review die 35 minuten duurt en binnen 72 uur voltooid moet zijn.

  3. Je ontvangt inloggegevens voor het RLHF-platform en neemt deel aan een groepscall voor verdere onboarding vragen.

  4. Je voert een gesimuleerde productieopdracht uit op het platform. Dit is je laatste interview en bepaalt je inzetbaarheid.

Tech Stack Prioriteiten

De huidige prioriteit is voor engineers met een data science-achtergrond die goed bekend zijn met Python, of software engineers met uitgebreide ervaring in Python.

Vereiste Kwalificaties:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een rol als software engineer/softwareontwikkelaar.

  • Volledige beheersing van de Engelse taal.

  • Vermogen om complexe wetenschappelijke concepten duidelijk uit te leggen.

  • Uitstekende aandacht voor detail en consistentie.

  • Grondige kennis van grammatica, interpunctie en stijlgidsen.

  • Vaardigheid in Python.

Prettige Extra's:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Computerwetenschappen.

  • Ervaring met een of meer van de volgende talen: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, SQL, Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, DART, R, Apex, Shell, C, C#.

  • Erkende prestaties binnen de programmeergemeenschap.

  • Creatieve probleemoplossingsvaardigheden.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, vooral bij het bespreken van projectvereisten.

  • Interesse in technische schrijfopdrachten en het trainen van AI-modellen.
