This will be achieved by developing roadmaps that deliver competitive differentiation and support strategic revenue goals by collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, and software development teams. You coordinate software development prioritization, define specifications, and manage development cost estimates. You gain in-depth knowledge of your product portfolio to educate the broader organization on unique selling points and empower the sales team.Additionally, you oversee the go-to-market strategy, continuously monitoring and gathering insights on the competitive landscape, ecosystem dynamics, and technological trends.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive product strategy, product planning & product marketing activities for a designated portfolio of products within Elsyca.Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and channel partners to stay informed about market needs and influence the product roadmap.Play a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure differentiation from competitors in the marketplace.Partner with Development teams to create realistic project plans and development schedules.Develop detailed written product specifications and requirements.Evaluate and prioritize requests for product changes, enhancements, and new features.Ensure comprehensive testing is conducted to maintain product quality standards.Conduct research and provide insights into evolving market trends and needs, translating findings into actionable product requirements.Contribute to technical white papers, application notes, product positioning presentations, and webinars as part of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.Enable Sales and Support teams by delivering product demos and introducing new software functionality.Act as a product expert during customer visits and technical events as needed.Support pre-sales engagements and facilitate tailored solutions as required.Represent the product portfolio at exhibitions, webinars, and other industry events.Travel requirement: 25%, including to international destinations.About YouMS or Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Fluent in English.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex ideas or scenarios to diverse stakeholders, including software developers, support teams, business directors, executives, and customers.Strong understanding of the software development process, including defining feature specifications and designing software products.Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans.Demonstrated success in collaborating with international colleagues to align global teams and objectives effectively.Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a strong team-oriented mindset.What We OfferFull-time employment in a dynamic and highly ambitious company.The opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a trusted global brand in technical excellence.Work autonomy with a results-oriented culture.Access to professional development and training opportunities.An attractive salary aligned with your experience and impact.Every day will be unique thanks to the variety of responsibilities and tasksAbout ElsycaFounded in 1997, Elsyca specializes in numerical modeling of electrochemical processes.
