Eager to join out FPA (Farm Production Animals) team ?

This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in veterinary medicine and a passion for product management within the animal health industry.

Based in the Barcelona area (Caldes de Montbui), this global role will support the strategic development and lifecycle management of our product portfolio, with a focus on swine and ruminants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning and execution of global product strategies and marketing plans.
- Assist in the launch of new products and manage the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales) in a multicultural and international environment.
- Develop marketing tools, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Monitor and report on product performance and key KPIs.
- Regularly travel to attend events, meetings, and support market initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Marketing Management or an MBA are highly desirable.
- Experience in product management within the Animal Health industry or as a field veterinarian (swine or ruminants).
- A previous commercial or sales experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing their lifecycle.
- Experience in working with KOLs and building strategic relationships.
- Do you possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
- You are solution-oriented, creative, and proactive.
- As a collaborative team player with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional setting you are fluent in English and Spanish. Any additional European languages are a plus.
- You have a willingness and ability to travel regularly.
- You live near Caldes de Montbui or you are willing to relocate.
