HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium Full-time | On-siteAre you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're looking for a HR Business Partner to support two leadership teams across sterile and pharma production departments (approx. 400–500 employees).What you'll do:Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders.Drive talent processes, leadership development, and organizational design.Manage complex employee relations, including union matters and operator conflicts.Lead initiatives on absenteeism, reintegration, and cultural consistency.Deliver disciplinary actions and support talent reviews.Collaborate with HR Ops, Learning, and Talent Acquisition teams.What we're looking for:8+ years HRBP experience in a manufacturing environment (blue-collar focus).Strong experience with union relations and conflict resolution.Fluent French and good English.Assertive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site setting.Pharma experience is a plus, but not essential.Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an advantage.If you thrive in a hands-on HR role and want to influence both strategy and operations, we'd love to hear from you Apply now or reach out for more detailsPlanet Pharma is an equals opportunities Recruitment Business and Agency.
