We are looking for a **Business Solution Expert Manufacturing Systems** who is **structured, autonomous and collaborative** to join our team based in our campus in **Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium**.

**About the Role**

As a Business Solution Expert Manufacturing Systems, you will boost the performance of manufacturing operations through digitalization, focusing on Detailed Scheduling (DS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will ensure that these systems support UCB's global manufacturing processes, leading the design, implementation, and support of solutions to meet business requirements. You will also contribute to the Manufacturing System Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring performance and value-driven outcomes.

**Who You Will Work With**

You will work closely with Site Operations leads, Process Experts, and Manufacturing Excellence teams. You will also interact with quality assurance, Digital Technology, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Manufacturing Systems with other enterprise systems.

**What You Will Do**
- Identify areas where MES & DS functionalities can improve processes.
- Gather and document requirements for deployment or change requests.
- Design solutions with Digital Technology experts, ensuring scalability and integration.
- Oversee implementation and integration of systems.
- Develop and execute test plans for reliability and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users for smooth transition.
- Maintain documentation of solution specifications and best practices.
- Monitor operational solution performance and manage incidents and change requests.

**Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills**
- Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing MES & DS systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in Biopharma Industries.
- Proficiency in MES, DS software such as Siemens OpsCenter, Syncade, RTMs BioG, OMP/DS Rockwell Automation, or similar.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
