We are looking for a Labware LIMS solution Expert who is a team player with analytical mind-set to join the Global Analytical Operation department and work with our team based on UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

**About the role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Ensure the Labware system is configured to support all analytical processes, including, but not limited to, sample flows, specification and analysis design, stability settings, visual workflows, and environmental monitoring.
- Maintain consistency of LIMS data structure across processes and its connectivity with other systems.
- Document and maintain systems knowledge and governance regarding settings, table structure and data logic.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed modifications to the Labware system and impact the relevant laboratory business processes.
- Provide expertise to improve Labware modules, including revamping, standardization, and alignment of processes, and writing procedures, training, and coaching of local key users and LIMs administrator.
- Lead and ensure the timely and budgeted delivery of AP&O projects, organizing project structure and governance, and collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Maintain and engage the LIMS administrator and user community.

**Interested: For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills**:

- Laboratory and quality control landscape knowledge (mainly QC, but not limited to)
- Knowledge of Labware LIMS system functionalities (at least 5 years of experience)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English / French
- Practical experience dealing with system (GxP) validation and data integrity compliance
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
