Als Head of Category Management bij Goed leid je een ervaren team en bouw je aan een rendabel, klantgericht en toekomstbestendig assortiment. Je combineert visie met data, en impact met eenvoud. Bepaal de koers voor portfolio-, leveranciers-, prijs-, promotie- en stockmanagement; Leid en coach een multidisciplinair team naar duidelijke KPI’s: omzet, marge, rotatie, beschikbaarheid en NPS; Vertaal strategie naar actie: concrete roadmaps per categorie, duidelijke prioriteiten en snelle experimenten; Bouw sterke partnerships met leveranciers en optimaliseer TCO, condities en lange-termijnwaarde; Maak data leidend: inzichten omzetten in beslissingen die zichtbaar verschil maken op de vloer én in de funnel. Voor ons ben je best jezelf en ben je liefst iemand die volgende zaken meebrengt: 5–10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige (senior) rol in (omni)channel retail/e-commerce of FMCG. Bewezen leiderschap in het sturen van multifunctionele teams en het zetten van nieuwe strategische richtingen. Analytisch sterk & data-gedreven : je spot trends, kansen en risico’s en vertaalt die naar winstgevende acties. Onderhandelingskracht : je bouwt duurzame leveranciersrelaties zonder de doelstellingen uit het oog te verliezen. Communicatief & verbindend : duidelijk rapporteren, inspirerend presenteren, intern en extern een sterk netwerk. Proactief & resultaatgericht : creatief in oplossingen, continu verbeteren, status quo durven challengen waarom je goed zit bij ons Uiteraard bieden we een evenwichtig salarispakket voor een contract van onbepaalde duur, met heel wat extralegale voordelen: fulltime werkregime van 40u per week maaltijdcheques (€ 8/gewerkte dag) en ecocheques (€ 250/jaar pro rata) groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering 20 verlofdagen, 12 ADV dagen + 2 Goed-dagen 13e maand, vakantiegeld bedrijfswagen en tankkaart Als zorgende omgeving streven we naar stabiliteit en een goede balans.
