Voor onze klanten zoeken wij nog beloftevolle On Site Support Engineers. Omdat onze klanten zich binnen verschillende sectoren en locaties bevinden, kunnen wij je matchen aan een project waar jij je echt thuis kan voelen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Als onsite support engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan gebruikers en los je IT-problemen op, zoals hardware- en softwarefouten.
- Installeren en configureren van systemen, beantwoorden van gebruikersvragen en zorgen voor een soepele werking van IT-infrastructuur.
- Je ondersteunt gebruikers die soft- en hardware problemen ondervinden via verschillende kanalen (telefonisch, remote, e-mail,...).
- Aan de hand van de Service Level Agreements (SLA's), los je problemen op en behandel je vragen.
- Je voert installaties en configuraties uit en levert support voor alle mobiele apparaten binnen het bedrijf via verscheidene tools.
- Je signaleert tijdelijk technische problemen en bedreigingen.
- Je voert op regelmatige basis performance- en beveiligingscontroles uit.
- Je denkt mee aan hoe customer support en systeembeheer kan verbeteren en welke veranderingen jullie kunnen doorvoeren.
- Je staat in voor het aannemen, registreren, loggen, opvolgen en afsluiten van meldingen.
Wie ben jij?
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma.
- Min. 1 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een support of IT-rol.
- Je wil onsite werken bij de eindklant en bent niet op zoek naar een remote uitdaging.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect en spreekt vloeiend Engels. Kan je ook een woordje Frans? Dat is zeker meegenomen.
- Je bent in het bezit van sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent stressbestendig.
- Je bent een geboren communicator die vlotjes klanten (intern/extern) naar een oplossing brengt.
- Je bent een teamspeler met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Je staat open om mogelijks te werken in een ploegensysteem (wachtdienst of weekendshiften).
