We highly value and encourage diversity across our workforce meaning that no one will be discriminated against because of their gender, race, age, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic as prohibited by law.Job detailsSales responsibility for all direct sales in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg for the 3 surgical categories.Management of 2 existing sales reps in Belgium.Hiring 1 rep in the Netherlands to develop direct business.Growing sales based on budget expectations.The sales manager will be responsible for developing existing business, moving sales from distributor to direct and starting direct sales in the Netherlands.What will this role involve?Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.Managing existing reps and hiring one in the Netherlands as per plan.Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.What we're looking for?Proven experience in Medical Devices Sales and Management.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region.Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a strong asset.
