This role reports to the VP Sales.The Role:As Sales Manager you will work closely with the VP Sales1) Business development:Develop new business and build a portfolio of new clientsSchedule and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers.Meet and exceed predetermined Quarterly Sales Goals.Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.Act as a team player and client advocate at all times.2) Sales:Meet with key brand decision-makers and agencies to prove the benefit of Locala's technology over competition or current solutions.Own the sales cycle – from lead generation, closure, and renewal.Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.Collaborate with account management and trading teams to upsell clients.Must have strong negotiation and presentation skills.Elaborate the right digital strategy for the client3) Reporting:Maintain an up-to-date Salesforce profile – Salesforce proficiency a plus.Weekly pipeline updates shared with Team and Management.4) CRM:Be present and in touch with clients on a regular basis.Maintain account and opportunity forecasting with our CRM.Organize ROI focused entertainment activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of sales experience in digital/mobile advertising sales with a proven track record of successA network of contacts in Benelux media agencies;Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent French and EnglishAbout Our Perks:Fair and Competitive compensation package (#Succeed)Lunch vouchers (8 euros per working days)Ecochèque 250 euros / per yearHospitalization insurance (DKV) 100% paid by LocalaProfessional CarA smart working policy with a monthly allowance (#Care)State of the art products (#Invent)A vibrant company life: Global retreat (Ibiza 2019, Lisbon 2022, Paris 2024), Afterworks, Holiday season party, breakfasts, Wellness week...
