**Beschrijving**:
Voor een internationale speler zijn we op zoek naar een leidinggevende Sales Manager. Wereldwijd telt de groep meer dan honderdduizend werknemers, hoofdkantoor in België is in de regio rond Brussel gevestigd.
Voor hun afdeling rond gebouwautomatisatie, brandbeveiliging en energiebeheer zijn ze op zoek naar een Sales Manager om een team met een 12 tal account managers aan te sturen. In deze leidinggevende rol beheer je een jaarlijks budget van circa 60 mio euro en breng je jouw team naar een hoger niveau. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de sales director en gaat op wekelijkse basis op bezoek bij klanten ter ondersteuning van je team. Daarnaast definieer je een gepaste marktstrategie en geniet je heel wat vrijheid voor het vervullen van de vooropgezette doelen binnen België en Luxemburg.
Je komt terecht in een internationaal groeiende bedrijfsgroep en ontvangt een méér dan marktconform loonpakket aangevuld met een mooi pakket extralegale voordelen.**Profiel**:
- Bachelor of Master opleiding
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen sales
- Ervaring in buildings, hvac, security of een aanverwante sector
- Je bent drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Ervaring met budgetten van circa 50 mio euro
