Taking care of every aspect in the value chain is the key to the company's global success, guaranteeing customer satisfaction beyond expectation.For their Aftermarket Division in Lummen (B) we are looking for a Sales Account Manager BNL & NordicsResponsibilities:Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results;Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors;Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;Meet with customers in your region to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our clients relationship with them;Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics;Provide periodically report of field sales success;Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for your defined geography and accounts;Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions;Experience:Proven track record of successful sales and market development in the automotive aftermarket sector;Experience in developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives;Familiarity with customer service, logistics, and shipping to customers;Experience in managing distributors, wholesalers and other partners;Characteristics:Strong negotiating and management skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.;Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen;Collaborative and team-oriented problem-solving approach with a solutions-focused mindset;Expertise in sales and business development.;Proficiency in market research and analysis;Willingness to travel in your region;Computer skills in Microsoft Office, CRM;Professional knowledge English and Dutch.Offer:Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and do you want to invest in your career?
