Als economist (master) of fiscaal dossierbeheerder (bachelor) bij FOD Financiën werk je in het hart van de samenleving: belastinggeld doet de samenleving immers mee draaien: zonder belastingen geen weggennet, geen kinderbijslag, geen gezondheidszorg, geen sociale bescherming.
Bij ons werk je voor het maatschappelijk belang én kan je jezelf en je skills verder ontwikkelen. Door je economische studies heb je reeds een stevige basis opgebouwd. Nu kan je écht starten, en voor je het weet ben jij bij FOD Financiën:
- Een veelzijdige onderzoeker. Je controleert administratieve, boekhoudkundige en/of fiscale dossiers om na te gaan of de regelgeving correct werd toegepast. Als je onregelmatigheden vaststelt, vraag je bij de stakeholders om toelichting. Je zorgt ervoor dat je over de juiste informatie beschikt zodat je - zelfstandig of in team
- gerichte acties kan ondernemen
- Een betrouwbare contactpersoon. Je vormt de brug tussen onze organisatie en de belastingplichtigen (burgers, ondernemingen, ). Daarnaast ben je een intern aanspreekpunt voor collega's en bied je - indien dat nodig is - ondersteuning bij het behandelen van hun dossiers.
- Een leergierige kennisdeler. Je houdt je kennis up-to-date en volgt evoluties in je vakgebied op. Dit kan oa. via een ruim aanbod aan opleidingen. Je deelt deze kennis ook met je collega's.

Dan hebben we één openstaande vacature bij de Afdeling Boekhouding van de stafdienst Begroting en Beheerscontrole.
- Je verschaft, als referentiepunt binnen het expertisedomein, tijdig, volledige, betrouwbare en relevante financiële en boekhoudkundige informatie aan het management van de FOD Financiën of de externe partijen, om een optimale besluitvorming te bewerkstelligen.
- Je maakt je continu nieuwe inzichten, vaardigheden en kennis eigen en maakt gebruik van deze doorgedreven kennis bij de uit te voeren financiële en boekhoudkundige analyses (hiervoor volg je seminaries/cursussen, vergaar je kennis uit instructies, nota's, artikels, handboeken, ).
- Je voert complexe financiële en boekhoudkundige analyses uit en behandelt verschillende boekhoudkundige gegevens met aanwending van de verworven kennis en technieken. Je gebruikt daartoe zonder probleem verschillende applicaties om rapporten en adviezen aan het management en interne en externe partijen te kunnen aanleveren.
- Je verstrekt toelichting of advies tijdens of naar aanleiding van projectvergaderingen en vergaderingen over specifieke aspecten binnen je beleidsdomein (bv. Je verwerkt de informatie verworven tijdens projectvergaderingen om de impact op boekhoudkundige schema's te kunnen evalueren en de boekhoudkundige impact van bepaalde beleidskeuzes te kunnen schetsen).
- Je verstrekt informatie aan de klant via alle mogelijke kanalen.
- Je onderzoekt belangrijke financiële stromen en werkt creatieve/vernieuwende voorstellen op vlak van algemene boekhouding uit.
- Je geeft geregeld feedback aan de leidinggevenden over de voortgang van toegewezen projecten
- Je behandelt de boekhoudkundige gegevens op correcte wijze met respect van de vooropgestelde termijnen.

De Algemene administratie van de Fiscaliteit (AAFisc) garandeert een correcte en gelijkwaardige berekening van de belastingen en voorheffingen die particulieren, KMO's en grote ondernemingen verschuldigd zijn. Je wordt tewerkgesteld bij een beheersdienst P (personenbelasting), KMO (vennootschapsbelasting, btw-wetgeving en/of personenbelasting) of GO (grote ondernemingen: vennootschapsbelasting en btw-wetgeving).
