En tant que Parts officer, vous êtes en charge de tout ce qui concerne la gestion des pièces de rechange. Cette activité sera assortie de tâches administratives en soutien du Workshop Manager et du Branch Manager.

**Gestion des pièces de rechange**:

- Vous gérez et organisez le magasin de notre site de Bruxelles.
- Vous réceptionnez les pièces et vous les scannez pour qu'elles soient affichées dans le système ERP.
- Vous contrôlez la conformité des pièces livrées.
- Vous enregistrez les pièces dans PlanManager et contrôlez les commandes en attente.
- Vous gérez dans Plan Manager les pièces qui sont retournées.
- Vous distribuez les pièces vers l'atelier.
- Vous faites un contrôle de l'utilisation des pièces.
- Vous gérez la liste des backorders.
- Vous passez les commandes supplémentaires de pièces.
- Vous assurez le suivi des commandes en attente.

**Votre profil**
- Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance du français.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise et savez comment faire avancer les choses.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en termes d'organisation.
- Vous avez un permis de conduire de type B.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et savez motiver et enthousiasmer.
