Introduction
For one of our clients, active in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Field sales manager


As a market leader in dentistry and oral care products, our customer offers high-quality, high-quality, patient-friendly and scientifically substantiated product solutions for various oral problems.


Function

Sales people management (5 persons) BE:

  • Daily management
  • Monitoring performance of all salespeople (KPI's, per cycle)
  • Analysis of regions, updating CRM, visit plan and actions area managers
  • Key account management (dental chains, major dental offices)
  • Controlling Keyaccount plans
  • Controlling Region management
  • Hiring and testing new employees
  • Chairman sales meetings and control of actions
  • Yearly appraisals Area managers (2x a year)

Dental Field Sales Manager Belux:

  • Professionally develop the commercial network to improve:
  • Commercial skills and competences
  • Sales technique
  • The quality of the impact of detailing to dental clinics
  • Relations with Key accounts, Dental Chains, Educational Centers and KOL
  • Field training:
  • Share best practices of other sales reps
  • In sales techniques and technical knowledge: scientific, financial, business, market analysis, etc.
  • Transmit company culture: mission, vision and values
  • Proper use of resources
  • Evaluate:
  • CRM and PBI analysis of accounts, sales development and target groups
  • Organize Sales updates with Area Managers
  • Alignment of the materials with the objective
  • Proper use of these materials
  • Adapted to the needs of the sales reps
  • Acceptance of these materials by the customer
  • On occasion, fill in for shortages in the sales force and carry out other commercial actions

Requirements:


Min 4 years in (Field) sales management position, preferably in dental, pharmaceutical, OTC or consumer health sectors in a similar position.

Communication and synthesis skills

Sales-oriented (commercial profile)

Experience with Business Analytics from CRM (Power BI)

Coaching, pushing and correcting skills

Negotiation skills (reach quantifiable commitments to prescribe)

Ability to detect persons with a decision-making capacity in the clinic (sales dossier)

Skilled team worker

Listening skills and able to adapt to others (empathetic)

Proactive

Positive attitude

Flexible and able to adapt planning if needed

Organised and planned

Ability to efficiently provide training

Observant (learns about customers through environment)

Able to work according to strategic region plan

Able to analyse sales data and act upon it
