It is a versatile beverage that can be enjoyed alone or used to add a ginger kick to cocktails, mocktails, hot drinks, and food recipes.
This product has gained popularity in many cities around the world, where it can be found in high-end stores and venues.
They believe that their drink is not just a beverage, but a state of mind that can unleash the unique potential within each person.
**About the job: As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the field sales team in Belgium consisting of 6 people and also be in charge of a portfolio of 3 retail key accounts.
Among others, your responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, monitor and define objectives for the field sales team
- Implement the defined field sales strategy
- Followup of the periodic KPI's of the team and define action plans with the team
- You are responsible for the P&L of your customers and field sales team
- Spend two days per week in the field to further coach your team and to understand what is going on in the market and share this knowledge within the organization
- Manage different key accounts in the retail segment
- Prepare and followup on budget and forecast per account
- Negotiate yearly agreements with the key accounts following the defined strategy
- Implement the annual key account plan, develop specific operational plans and provide the necessary analysis of the key accounts and present the necessary insights
- You report directly to the Country Sales Manager Benelux
- You have obtained a Master degree
- You have at least 5 years working experience, ideally a first experience in field sales and/or marketing in the FMCG
- You have a first retail account management experience
- You are a strong people manager and know how to motivate a team
- You have an analytical mindset and are KPI & result driven
- You have a first experience in P&L responsibility and budget ownership
- You are flexible when it comes to travelling throughout Belgium on a weekly basis
- You speak fluent Dutch, French and English
