HR Director to join our team and drive our human resources strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and growth trajectory of the company.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership in all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the evolving needs of the organisation, particularly in the context of a rapidly expanding startup environment.
  • Act as a sparring partner for other departments, collaborating closely to support their goals and objectives while aligning HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR management, ensuring that our policies and procedures remain cuttingedge and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and accountability across all levels of the organisation.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to senior management on all HRrelated matters, offering insights and recommendations to drive business success.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their alignment with the company's vision and values.

Qualifications:

  • Masters' degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equal through experience.
  • Senior experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving organisational change and transformation.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to scale up the organisation in Belgium.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, French, and Dutch languages, both written and verbal, is essential.
