Als de belangrijkste speler in Brussel voor de opvang van daklozen en aanvragers van internationale bescherming, biedt Samusocial kosteloze noodhulp, inclusief onderdak, mobiele hulpteams, geneeskundige verzorging en psychosociale begeleiding. Ons doel is om het lijden van mensen die bij ons worden opgevangen te verlichten en hen te begeleiden naar duurzame oplossingen weg van de straat.
Om onze missie te realiseren, zoeken we een inspirerende HR-directeur (M/V/X) die deel zal uitmaken van ons Directieteam. In deze rol zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën en -beleid in lijn met onze organisatiedoelstellingen. Als HR-directeur bij Samusocial krijg je de kans om je professionele vaardigheden te combineren met een maatschappelijk relevante missie en een ondersteunend team van collega's.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het leiden van ons HR-team, het ontwikkelen van talentmanagementstrategieën, het onderhouden van sociale en arbeidsrelaties, en het waarborgen van een hoogwaardige levenskwaliteit op het werk voor onze medewerkers.

**Meer specifiek luiden uw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden als volgt**:
- ** Team Leadership**: Je zorgt ervoor dat onze toegewijde teams optimaal kunnen functioneren om een transparante en hoogwaardige dienstverlening aan onze interne partners te leveren. Met de ondersteuning van een Adjunct HR-directeur, geef je leiding aan de verschillende polen van ons HR-departement, waaronder Payroll & Administratie, Talent Management, Socioprofessionele inschakeling, en Levenskwaliteit op het werk. Je begeleidt de teamverantwoordelijken bij de implementatie van HR-strategieën die in lijn zijn met de doelstellingen die we samen met het directiecomité hebben vastgesteld.
- ** HR-projecten**: Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkelingsprojecten van onze organisatie, met een speciale focus op alle HR-aspecten.
- ** Talentmanagement**:Je ontwikkelt en implementeert effectieve strategieën om talent aan te trekken, te rekruteren, op te leiden, te behouden, en te ondersteunen. Je anticipeert op HR-behoeften en ontwikkelt vaardigheidsstrategieën die aansluiten bij onze visie en uitdagingen.
- ** Sociale en arbeidsbetrekkingen**:Je organiseert en bevordert de sociale dialoog, met bijzondere aandacht voor de interactie met de ondernemingsraad en het CPBW van Samusocial. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze arbeidsbetrekkingen voldoen aan de wetgeving en werkt aan eerlijke en transparante relaties met vakbonden. Als vertegenwoordiger van de werkgever speel je een actieve rol in diverse lagen van het sociaal overleg.
- ** Administratief beheer & loonadministratie**: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve beheer, de payroll en het naleven van wettelijke en fiscale verplichtingen. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je NSS bij beheers
- en controle-instellingen.
- ** Levenskwaliteit op het werk**: Je stimuleert en coördineert initiatieven die gericht zijn op het creëren van een werkomgeving die de gezondheid, het welzijn en de tevredenheid van onze werknemers bevordert. Je analyseert en evalueert programma's om continu verbetering te waarborgen.
- ** Strategische ondersteuning**:Je integreert de strategieën van onze organisatie en vertaalt deze naar heldere HR-doelstellingen. Je biedt oplossingen aan die zijn afgestemd op de strategische uitdagingen van de organisatie.
- ** Inschakeling**:Je begeleidt de implementatie van een sociaal-professioneel begeleidings
- en inschakelingsbeleid dat perfect aansluit bij de uitdagingen van onze organisatie.
**Requirements**:
**Uw profiel**
**Technische vaardigheden**:
- U beschikt over een masterdiploma Arbeidspsychologie, Human Resources Management, Sociale Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardige aantoonbare ervaring;
- U kunt bogen op minstens tien jaar ervaring in een managementfunctie binnen een HR-team;
- U hebt een goed inzicht in de professionele levenscyclus van werknemers;
- U beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de sociale wetgeving en het Belgisch arbeidsrecht;
- U bent vertrouwd met de courante arbeidsverhoudingen;
- U hebt uitstekende organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden;
- U beheerst de tweede landstaal.
