This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and supporting a dynamic and growing team in Belgium.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Strategy: Create and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with the group's objectives and tailored to the unique Belgian market.
- Provide Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads on HR and social matters.
- Lead the Team: Guide and develop your HR team, fostering growth and development within the department.
- Manage Competencies: Ensure perfect alignment of roles and skills with the sector's needs.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee compliance with labor laws and hygiene and safety regulations.
- Foster Atmosphere: Promote a positive working environment and collaborate closely with management to maintain a good social climate.
- Drive Change: Support and champion significant change projects within the group in Belgium.
- Active Participation: Play an active role in the management committee, promoting HR-related topics.
- Manage Budget: Define, track, and manage the budget of your department in collaboration with the leadership.
- Report & Analyze: Oversee HR indicators and ensure regular reporting.
- Internal Communication: Contribute to clear and effective internal communication.
- Location: Work from Brussels and Ghent, with regular travel between various Belgian sites.
