Als administratief medewerker douane heb jij een ondersteunende en controlerende job binnen de douane
- afdeling van FedEx. Naast klassieke administratieve opvolging doe jij ook enig opzoekingswerk; je checkt én dubbelcheckt de verkregen informatie van de douanedocumenten.
- Je doet algemene opvolging en administratie van douanedocumenten;
- Je rapporteert en houdt de uitgevoerde acties bij via MS Office;
- Je controleert douanegegevens
- en codes;
- Je communiceert voornamelijk via digitale kanalen. Sporadisch zul je bij vragen telefonisch contact opnemen met interne/externe contactpunten.
Profiel
¿ Je bent administratief onderbouwd en werkt steeds zeer nauwkeurig en accuraat. Je werkt graag met veel cijfercombinaties en codes;
- Je hebt een goede Nederlandse taalvaardigheid en hebt ook een goede basis van de Engelse en Franse taal zodat je steeds correct in contact kunt staan met collega¿s of klanten;
- Je bent iemand die PC- vaardig is. Je kunt vlot gegevens verwerken in Excel, Outlook, Word en Sharepoint;
- Je bent iemand die graag betrokken is met de materie waarmee die werkt en neemt ook verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw acties. Je werkt namelijk dagelijks met persoonsgegevens;
- Je beschikt over een grote teamspirit maar kunt eveneens goed zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld zodat je eventueel ook eens beschikbaar bent op zaterdagen en/of feestdagen.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Documenten voor internationaal goederenverkeer opstellen en controleren (douanefactuur, unieke administratieve aangifte, kredietbrief,...)
- De administratieve formaliteiten vervullen voor een transportdienst (vervoerdocument), luchtvrachtbrief (luchttransport), BL (zeetransport), CMR (wegtransport), CIM (spoortransport,...)
- Dossiers opvolgen voor: Douaneaangifte
Aanbod
Standaard zal je van maandag tot vrijdag (fulltime) werken volgens een dagregime van 8 tot 16u.
Je bent verder wel bereid om eventueel op een zaterdag en/of feestdag (volgens een beurtrol) te komen werken.
Indien noodzakelijk ben je ook bereid om eerder aan jouw shift te beginnen of deze later te eindigen, afhankelijk van de nood.
Bij jouw opstart kom je terecht bij een internationale logistieke speler waar teamspirit centraal staat.
