Nous recherchons actuellement un consultant web pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à notre mission.

**Description du poste**:
En tant que consultant web, vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes:
Installation technique de notre solution de click & collect chez les commerçants de proximité.

Établissement de cahiers des charges en collaboration avec nos clients pour garantir une mise en œuvre réussie de notre solution.

Assurer le relais, le suivi des délais et la transmission d'informations entre les différents acteurs impliqués.

Formation administrative et marketing pour accompagner nos clients dans l'utilisation efficace de notre système.

Suivi client régulier pour assurer leur satisfaction et répondre à leurs besoins.

Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing en fournissant des briefings pour soutenir nos actions de promotion.

Fournir un excellent service client en répondant aux demandes et en résolvant les problèmes rapidement et efficacement.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine de l'e-commerce et vous êtes passionné par le web.

Vous êtes intéressé par la technologie et la digitalisation des commerçants de proximité.

Vous possédez au minimum une formation supérieure orientée vers le marketing, le web, la communication et/ou le commerce.

Vous êtes prêt à vous investir au sein d'une équipe et à contribuer activement à la vie et à la croissance de notre entreprise.

Vous êtes désireux d'apprendre et de vous former en continu, tout en développant une expertise spécifique dans le domaine du web.

Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, efficace et capable de synthétiser les informations clés.

Vous avez la capacité de vous mettre à la place de notre public cible et de trouver des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.

Vous êtes curieux et avez soif de nouvelles connaissances.

Vous êtes proactif, autonome, dynamique et créatif.

Vous avez une excellente orthographe et accordez une grande importance aux détails.

Vous remettez régulièrement en question vos pratiques dans le but d'une amélioration continue.

Possession du permis B obligatoire.

Rejoignez notre équipe et participez à la digitalisation des commerçants de proximité
