Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and document architecture designs, assessment reports, and configuration descriptions
- Identify risks, security policies, and recommend necessary actions
- Conduct vulnerability testing and define corrective measures
- Categorize events, incidents, and vulnerabilities based on significance and impact
- Provide security training and draft security programs and plans
- Establish a secure development lifecycle and conduct application penetration testing
- Participate in project team meetings and advise on secure web design and development
- Contribute to IT security risk management and mentor colleagues on secure development

LEVEL OF EDUCATION:
- Master's degree or equivalent certification
- 5 years of higher education
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Proficiency in software development security aspects (e.g., authentication, secure web services, encryption, authorization)
- Experience with secure IT development patterns and risk assessments
- Proficiency in penetration testing and ethical hacking tools
- Knowledge of security test tools and website vulnerability scans
- Understanding of 3rd-party dependency security and secure development lifecycle
- Familiarity with OWASP models, Agile methodology, and interpersonal communication
- Redaction and report preparation skills, ability to lead a community of practice
- Security certifications are a plus
- Experience in international/multicultural environments and teamwork
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
- GIAC Certified Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT)
- GIAC Certified Web Application Defender (GWEB)
- or equivalent - subject to Commission approval.
