- o Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en aansturen van het ontwerpteam (architect, studiebureau, ingenieur stabiliteit, techniekers, akoestiek, EPB, landmeters )
- o Duurzaamheid, innovatie, kwaliteit en budget vormen jouw voornaamste paramters bij de opmaak en het indienen van de bouwvergunning
- o Na het indienen van de bouwaanvraag start je met de opmaak en het indienen van het aanbestedingsdossier
- o Je voert de onderhandelingen met aannemers en leveranciers waarbij een constructieve en transparante samenwerking centraal staan om te streven naar mogelijke optimalisaties binnen de randvoorwaarden
- o Je woont de werfvergaderingen bij en waakt continu over de financiële rendabiliteit
- o Je bewaakt nauwgezet de kwaliteit van de uitvoering, de timing en het projectbudget.
**DEVELOP YOURSELF**
- Je bent bouwkundig ingenieur of ingenieur-architect met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een studiebureau, projectontwikkelaar, aannemer of architectenbureau.
- Je hebt ervaring in management van totaalprojecten met een constructiewaarde van mínimaal 10M EUR en slaagt erin om duurzame grootschalige projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Kennis van Autocad, MS Project & SketchUp is een pluspunt
- Onderhandelen zit in je DNA; dit talent kan je verder ontwikkelen.
- Complexe problemen ontleden, omschrijven en uitwerken is een uitdaging.
