IT Project Manager

They are looking for a project manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years as a project manager. You will join a team of consultants. **Your mission**:
- You develop and document detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- You work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into viable technical solutions.
- You contribute to continuous process improvement.
- You can quickly adapt to new environments and easily learn new technologies. You integrate smoothly into a team.
- You collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to understand project needs, goals, and requirements.
- You actively participate in risk assessment and change management planning. - You actively participate in planning phases.
You have at least 7 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 4 years in project management.
You have knowledge of one or more of the following methodologies: Prince2, PMBOK, SCRUM, KANBAN, LEAN (certifications are welcome).
You are comfortable in the following areas:
- Scope and requirements management
- Change request management
- Establishing and maintaining schedules
- Capacity planning management
- Budget tracking
- Stakeholder management
Soft skills:
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- You can work independently.
- Passionate about people management and team dynamics, you know how to motivate a team and lead them towards high results.
- You are comfortable leading a project steering committee. You have the ability to coordinate various parties and promote alignment.
- You speak French and English fluently. Dutch is always a plus.
- You have a higher education degree.
