**Missie van de afdeling**

In je rol als _Content Specialist_ heb je als missie om de zichtbaarheid en de naamsbekendheid van het merk Beobank te versterken door een doeltreffende contentstrategie te ontwikkelen en de verschillende "touchpoints" te optimaliseren. In nauwe samenwerking met diverse interne afdelingen en externe partners (media
- en creatieve agentschappen), zorg je voor het succes van lopende initiatieven.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de effectiviteit van je acties, je meet zorgvuldig de resultaten en je bent voortdurend op zoek naar optimalisatiemogelijkheden om de impact van gegenereerde content op alle kanalen te maximaliseren.

**Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- _Strategische planning:_ Ontwerpen en implementeren van contentcreatieplannen die aansluiten bij onze marketing
- en bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- _Optimalisatie van formats en touchpoints:_ Identificeren van de beste momenten en touchpoints om de impact van onze content op onze doelgroepen te maximaliseren. Toezicht houden op de contentdistributie via verschillende kanalen, waarbij elk platform wordt geoptimaliseerd voor maximale zichtbaarheid en maximaal rendement.
- _Zoeken naar relevante insights:_ Feedback van gebruikers integreren om de kwaliteit van de content te verbeteren en de klantrelaties te versterken. Voortdurend onderzoek doen naar relevante insights en creatieve kansen identificeren die het merkimago en de conversie versterken.
- _Resultaten meten:_ Implementeren van Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) om de effectiviteit van campagnes te beoordelen en strategieën bij te stellen.
- _Interne en externe samenwerking:_ nauw samenwerken met externe bureaus en interne teams om consistentie in de Tone of Voice en het merkimago te garanderen. Daarnaast actieve SEO-ondersteuning bieden om optimale zichtbaarheid van onze content op zoekmachines te garanderen.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je kan aantonen dat je in staat bent om effectieve contentstrategieën te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren;
- Je hebt vaardigheden in projectmanagement, en het beheren van complexe schema's met meerdere gesprekspartners schrikt u niet af;
- Analyse en optimalisatie zitten in je DNA;
- Je schrijft vlot en je kan interne en externe contentvoorstellen challengen;
- Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste trends en tools voor contentcreatie
- en beheer;
- Je bent resoluut positief, pragmatisch en gaat recht op je doel af;
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
