Binnen de verzekeringspoot van Belfius kom je terecht op de afdeling Claims, het kloppend hart van elke verzekeringsonderneming. Naar aanleiding van een schadegeval zorgen wij voor een kwalitatieve afhandeling en correcte vergoeding van de schade van onze verzekerde volgens de onderschreven verzekerde waarborgen.
Gedreven door de tevredenheid van onze verzekeringsklanten, willen wij, als Team "Claims Quality", een partner zijn voor de schadebeheerders door hen te ondersteunen. Zo kunnen zij schadeclaims correct afhandelen, met oog voor zowel kwaliteit als snelheid. Dit concretiseren we door het optimaliseren van de processen/systemen, de aanwezige kennis te bergen en via opleidingen ter beschikking te stellen.
Daarnaast wordt ons team ook betrokken bij projecten met een impact op de afdeling Claims. Afhankelijk van de aard en omvang van het project, nemen we binnen ons team de rol van projectleider of aanspreekpunt voor de business op.
Om dit nieuwe team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamische collega met een creatieve kijk op eenvoudig toegankelijke kennisberging en het faciliteren van opleidingen.
**De job in een notendop**
Binnen het team ligt jouw focus op kennisberging en het faciliteren van opleidingen. Natuurlijk werk je nauw samen met je teamleden die zich meer focussen op het procesmatige luik. Het ene domein sluit immers nauw aan bij het andere.
Samen met je rechtstreekse collega's zorg je er voor dat de aanwezige kennis over een bepaalde materie op een eenvoudige en begrijpelijke manier geborgen wordt, zodat de schadebeheerders deze informatie gemakkelijk kunnen terugvinden.
In samenspraak met de operationele dienst ga je na welke opleidingen er noodzakelijk zijn en hoe deze opleidingen zo efficiënt mogelijk georganiseerd kunnen worden (bv. via e-learnings). Via creatieve tools (bv. Q&A) check je of deze kennis ook verworven werd door de beheerders en stuur je eventueel het format bij. Je gaat ook actief op zoek naar leemtes in het opleidingsplan en vult deze samen met je collega's in.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als:
- je behaalde een bachelordiploma of beschikt over een gelijkwaardige ervaring
- je bent in staat om creatief na te denken over de organisatie en het format van opleidingen
- je kan zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken, waarbij een goede persoonlijke organisatie natuurlijk belangrijk is om resultaten en successen te kunnen boeken
- je bent stressbestendig, ziet opportuniteiten en staat open voor verandering
- je legt gemakkelijk contacten en communiceert daarbij op een aangename, doeltreffende en heldere manier
- je hebt interesse in het verzekeringsrecht, meer bepaald in de schade-afhandeling, en bent bereid om je daarin te verdiepen
- je hebt een goede kennis van de courante Office toepassingen (word, excel,)
- een pedagogische achtergrond of een eerste werkervaring in de verzekeringssector is een pluspunt
