**Claims Handler Property**
**Functie**
Als Claims Handler ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van Property dossiers, van de opening tot de sluiting ervan. Je staat ook in voor de administratie van de dossiers en het goede verloop ervan. Je beheert zowel internationale (AGCN) als nationale dossiers. Je werkt nauw samen met de Claims Advisors die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opvolging van expertises en onderhandelingen voor complexe of problematische dossiers. De Claims Handler kan in overleg met de Claims Advisors naar verzekeraars of klanten gaan, en naar gelang de noden expertises bijwonen
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een diploma (bachelor of master) in verzekeringen, economie of rechten
- Je kan een eerste overtuigende en relevante ervaring van minstens 4 jaar in schadebehandeling voorleggen
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je bent enthousiast, dynamisch, stressbestendig en nauwgezet
- Je bent leergierig en hebt snel nieuwe materie onder de knie

**Fonction**
En tant que Claims Handler vous êtes en charge de la gestion complète des dossiers Property, de l'ouverture des dossiers jusqu'à leur clôture. Vous êtes également responsable administrativement des dossiers et de leur bon déroulement. Vous gérez les dossiers tant internationaux (AGCN) que nationaux. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Claims Advisor qui sont responsables du suivi des expertises et des négociations pour les dossiers complexes ou à problèmes. Le Claims Handler peut en concertation avec le Claims Advisor être amené à se déplacer chez des assureurs ou des clients et peut participer en fonction de la nécessité à des réunions d'expertise.
**Profil**
- Vous êtes diplômé (bachelier ou master) en assurances, économie ou droit
- Vous pouvez démontrer une première expérience convaincante et pertinente de minimum 4 ans en gestion de sinistres
- Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais, et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités relationnelles et vous êtes orienté clientèle
- Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique, ambitieux et résistant au stress
